- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪EXTREMELY ANXIOUS - as soon as i came in to make an appointment (which took 3 yrs) i was made to feel completely at ease.Appointment was booked for the following day and was greeted by name and again put at ease. The dental nurse introduced herself and was lovely. The dentist also introduced herself and talked me through each step and option. i was not made to feel 'naughty' for my fear and she took the time to listen to what my anxiety was and how it had come about. I've been made to feel so at ease that i'm returning tomorrow for further treatments and all options and possible outcomes were discussed thoroughly. Today has been far less fearful and have discussed a pro active way with the dentist to attempt to eradicate future anxiety at visiting you here. oddly- a pleasant experience.
